Frequently Asked Questions
There are many welding helmets on the market, and their price range is also wide, from $59 or lower to $350 or higher. It may be confusing when deciding which one to buy.
The following charts show some comparisons of helmet quality and price. They are just for reference.
Our mission is to make technology advances in work protection affordable to every welder. Therefore, our ADF is a fusion of high quality and low price. You can see this from the above comparison tables. Our Digi-Beret line has top-of-the-line specs and quality but is sold at a low price.
A welding student will learn all kinds of welding applications during the 2 years of study in welding school. He/she actually needs to have a premium helmet which can handle nearly all welding operations, especially welding on thin metals and homework on small pieces. An entry level helmet is unable to cope with the range of work required. But premium helmets can be expensive. So what does a student do?
At the risk of sounding too self-promotional, the Digi-Beret helmet from PacMont is actually ideal for welding students. It has all the premium functions needed at a reasonable price. It is perfect for the wide range of welding applications taught in welding programs nation-wide while being sensitive to the financial constraints of students.
The Digi-Beret helmet is the perfect choice for every welding student, whether they are getting a formal welding education or learning welding on their own.
