Warranty Claim Procedures
Step 1
Call Customer Service at 1-888-990-7780. Please have following information available when call:
- Owner's name, address, phone number and credit card number
- The serial number (located at the left side of back window frame, under back safety lens).
- The exact nature of the problem you are experiencing with the product.
- Proof of purchase with purchase date.
Alternatively, you can fill out the claim form on line, and one of service representative will contact you for the claim.
Step 2
A replacement cartridge will be shipped, freight prepaid if the replacement is warranted.
Step 3
Upon receipt of the replacement cartridge, immediately ship the defective cartridge back to PacMont, Inc. The Return Goods Authorization Number given to you by the service representative must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Proof of Purchase must be enclosed. Credit cards will be charged for any unreturned defective cartridge after 30 days.
