Minimum Order: The minimum order is $15.00

Sales Tax: Sales tax for U.S. customers is only charged to California shipping addresses only, unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods: Online payment is by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or PayPal. Orders may be paid in advance by sending a certified check for a phone order for the full amount of the order. The order will be shipped once payment is received. Our mailing address is: 18855 Chessington Place, Rowland Heights, CA 91748 Pacmont.com does not offer any financing, or deferred payment plan. It does not accept personal checks or company checks and it does not ship Cash on Delivery.

Backorder: We do not take backorder at present moment. If a product is out of stock, please check the availability on line later.

Order Delivery Time: Most orders will be delivered to your location within 3-7 business days via standard ground shipment. Orders placed online will receive email shipping and tracking information.

Air/Express orders placed before 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same business day. Express orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT business or shipping days.

• Express and Ground delivery days are Monday-Friday only. Special arrangements may be made with pacmont.com by telephone if you require Saturday delivery.
• Please note that package do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

No International Order: pacmont.com only ships to the 50 states of the United States at present moment, and does not accept any international order.
